Arlù restaurant offers a rich, tasty and broad selection of plates from the tradition which embraces the taste of the territory in all their diversity. For us, the importance of cooking consists in paying attention to the freshness of ingredients and to the quality of raw materials, preferably choosing products from Lazio and locally sourced.
Our bread is hand made, our pasta gets cut and shaped with the traditional wood tools and the desserts are the result of a wise dosage of both ingredients and skills.
